As nervous as the 2020 Acamedy Awards nominees must be about whether or not they'll take home Hollywood's most-coveted honor, we can only imagine how nervous their glam teams are as they create the hair and makeup looks that will be talked about for days and remembered for decades. Even if they're not nominated, guests have prepared for weeks to look their most glamorous on the Oscars red carpet, whether they're making a major change to their signature look, embracing a bold beauty trend, or starting an entirely new one.

This makes sense considering makeup artist Jo Baker is responsible for the bold red lip and spider-like lashes (both by Chanel) that complete the look.
