Like everybody in the last couple of weeks, we have been watching with interest the developments with COVID-19 and following HSE advice on the matter.
In this regard, we wanted to provide some clarity to our clients on best practise in advance of arriving for your appointments.
Client Side:
1. Wash your Hands in the Salon using the provided Hand Sanitizer upon arrival into the Salon.
2. Please do not come in for your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Call us and let us know, as soon as possible even if it is just before your appointment. Your Hair can wait. Your Health cannot. We will be as accommodating as possible to get your appointment into the book as soon as you are well enough to attend.
Salon Side:
On our side, we will be continuing to clear down our sections and instruments between appointments, not reusing towels on clients and general hygiene practises as is normal practise.

As with everything health related, we are guided by the HSE in these matters.
